Modelled after Taobao to allow individual merchants to trade on a global scale, Crew similarly brought designers into the international market so that cross-border partnerships could be built. Upwork promoted the freelance sharing economy and so on. Archiparti’s design team on the surface looks like this, a local project owner, an American designer, a Filipino render, an Indian constructor. Because of archiparti’s platform, each project can be realized under the best quality with the greatest value for money.

Project Manager – Job description

We are looking for a smart, driven and enthusiastic project manager who is able to solve problems creatively and deliver under time pressure. You will learn from an experienced mentor and develop a career with archiparti with opportunities to join the core team. Core Requirements

  • Hold teritary education in architecture / engineering / construction management or equivalent
  • Demonstrate 5+ years design experience in relevant field
  • Demonstrate 5+ project management experience in relevant field
  • Demonstrate understanding of design / construction codes of practice in local region
  • Demonstrate experience with MS office suite and program tools (e.g. P6, MS Project)
  • Proactive communication skills with all relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrate linguistic capability communicating to client in local languages
  • Demonstrate experience in construction / on-site fit-out
  • Qualifications in architecture / engineering / construction management is a bonus but not essential

Main Responsibilities

  • Be the Person In Charge for event management
  • Coordinate meetings, ensure interns are on task and on schedule
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies
  • Responsible for funding applications and business operations
  • Conduct social media management and oversee all platforms
  • Be responsible for recruitment of interns
