Modelled after Taobao to allow individual merchants to trade on a global scale, Crew similarly brought designers into the international market so that cross-border partnerships could be built. Upwork promoted the freelance sharing economy and so on. Archiparti’s design team on the surface looks like this, a local project owner, an American designer, a Filipino render, an Indian constructor. Because of archiparti’s platform, each project can be realized under the best quality with the greatest value for money.

Business Development Lead – Job Description

We are looking for a rockstar BD player to join our startup team. At archiparti, you will have the opportunity to build B2B partnerships and have a key role in sales and business development to take the company to the next level. We want to grow our user base and multiply our network effect. For this to happen, we need someone with a strong self-starter, aggressive sales experience that is able to deliver KPIs while meeting best practices to build archiparti’s brand image and reputation. You will be rewarded on a commission basis.

Core Requirements

  • Strong levels of confidence and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent dedication and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with all stakeholders of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to the flexible in handling multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain a proactive approach and readiness to handle client enquiries and processes and unexpected emergencies
  • Extensive experience in closing contracts, B2B partnerships in a startup setting
  • B2B Sales and Management experience required
  • Experience in a tech company (SaaS model) and/or project management is a bonus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Networking and representing archiparti in sales funnels
  • Business development and build partnerships to expand business.
  • Set and meet sales target in terms of revenue, contract numbers and new users
  • Train sales techniques to interns and project managers who will generate leads together
  • Take on a leadership position on the core team to develop strategic directions
